What psychotherapy session together can feel like
When we meet, my intention is to create a space that feels warm, steady, and safe. It is a place where you can slow down and speak honestly without feeling judged.
In therapy, we may spend time processing emotions, difficult experiences, or parts of your story that still carry weight. This can include relationship patterns, childhood experiences, trauma, questions around identity, culture, or religion, and feelings that can be hard to carry alone.
I approach the work with care and intention, staying present while sometimes gently challenging patterns that may no longer serve you. There can also be moments of lightness or humor along the way, because therapy does not have to feel distant or overly clinical.
Over time, the work often becomes about understanding yourself more deeply, making sense of your experiences, and creating more freedom in how you move through life and relationships.
What coaching session together can feel like
Coaching is a space to pause and reflect on where you are in your life and where you feel ready to move forward.
Our conversations often focus on clarity, decision making, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth. We may explore questions that come up when you are considering change or trying to align your choices more closely with your values.
In coaching, I offer perspective, ask thoughtful questions, and help you sort through what feels most important. The focus is on gaining insight, identifying next steps, and moving toward goals that feel meaningful and aligned.
Over time, the work often becomes about strengthening self trust and moving forward with greater clarity, intention, and confidence. The process is collaborative and focused on helping you think through decisions, clarify priorities, and take intentional steps toward the direction you want for your life.
**Please Note: Coaching focuses on personal growth and life direction and does not include mental health diagnosis, treatment, or clinical assessment.
Make space for the work that matters to you.
Let’s slow down and get to know you together.
