Hi. I’m Abir (she\her). My name means the fragrance of the rose in Arabic.

I’m a therapist, a climber, a yogi, a lover of slow mornings and strong coffee with oat milk.

I’m compassionate, silly, direct, and everything in between.

I was born in Egypt and found an unexpected sense of home when I landed in New York over thirty years ago.

I believe growth is intentional. I believe we are shaped by culture, family, love, and survival.

And I believe we can consciously choose who we become.

I offer psychotherapy in New York State and coaching and embodiment work internationally.

This space is for people untanglingshame, identity, culture, religion, desire, and the quiet question:

who am I when no one is watching?
